We’re the Commerce and Ecosystem (C+E) team – the next generation of platform and experiences enabling Microsoft and Azure, the fastest-growing cloud platform in the world which makes billions of dollars of revenue. As a Program Manager on the C+E team, you will work alongside multiple teams within Azure and throughout Microsoft to build out a mega-scale Commerce platform, provide world-class analytics to customers about their Azure consumption and billing details, and set the stage for enterprises all around the world to effectively interact with Azure to enable friction-free cloud deployments from Azure Marketplace, when and where you want it.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Program Manager with experience in building out large scale services. Day to day will include cross team coordination, feature design through execution, with a strong focus on landing platform capabilities. Our tools empower Azure customers to create and manage their Azure subscriptions, view, and manage their bills, understand and forecast their spending, and deploy Azure Marketplace solutions.

Qualifications
3+ years in an engineering-related position including (but not limited) to program management, product management, solution management, or consultant.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent alternative education and/or practical experience.
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-scale systems or platforms that meet evolving business requirements.
Prior experience with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar cloud computing platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent listening, writing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and convey. And, the ability to successfully lead and communicate with a cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Mastery working cross-organization; negotiating and managing conflict to win over partners.
Great instincts on how to make the right tradeoffs, despite the potential lack of qualitative or quantitative data.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scenarios and deliver results in an ambiguous environment.
Drive running of the business activities with the team and cross-org to ensure end-to-end success of large, multi-year, complex projects with executive visibility and many critical dependencies.
Strong personal accountability for end-to-end quality, completeness, and resulting user experience for the life of the product/service.
Confidence and comfort working with high degree of autonomy, in a fast-paced, customer-first and software-as-a-service environment.
