We are looking for a technical project manager who can partner with suppliers in onboarding and continued success as they integrate their existing supply chain workflow with a distributed ledger. This role will require a technical understanding of supply chain tools and processes, a technical understanding of API (Application Programming Interfaces) development, and a penchant for relationship management.
Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives and schedule for suppliers seeking to integrate blockchain with their existing ERP systems
Monitor and communicate project progress and performance to stakeholders
Creates documentation and user guides to create a repeatable and consistent onboarding experience
Documents and creates new feature requests based on supplier integration pain points
Directs technical resources to assist with infrastructure deployment and support.
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years delivering Software project
2+ years of experience with project management skills to plan, schedule and track technical projects
Preferred:
Understanding of common ERP systems, and supply chain processes
Understanding of API integration, including experience with Swagger, JSON, and Postman
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders
Prior experience in a customer success or engagement role
