Responsibilities
Business Partnership and Support
With managerial oversight, assists with account or business planning; collects and/or reports business information to help benchmark performance; supports the execution of defined actions within the operational unit.
Supports upskilling and coaching of sellers or trainers on account/portfolio/partner business planning fundamentals, habits, and plan quality.
Under guidance, assists with a pre-defined rhythm of the connection (RoC) for the supported operational unit, helps prepare for and follow through RoC activities as assigned.
Helps close complex sales or trainings, and support/upskill the teams.
Sales Coaching for Growth and Transformation
Builds relationships with sales and/or training managers and their teams; supports coaching of associates and/or managers with assistance. May coach on deal processes.
With managerial oversight, helps teams clarify the understanding of sales or training programs.
Supports the execution of initiatives to optimize sales and/or teams processes and capabilities under guidance.
Under guidance, implements actions to remove sales roadblocks, drive utilizations of investment, increase customer/partner-facing time, and enhance seller/partner capability and effectiveness; collects feedback on sales challenges or blockers through the appropriate channel.
Driving Sales Process Discipline
Under guidance, applies key reporting tools and conducts analysis on key revenue drivers within defined scope; escalates issues in reporting or analytics.
With managerial oversight, assists with maintaining sales process discipline, adherence to standards and excellence in execution, or pipeline health; provides managers the data to hold sales managers accountable for results; learns about best practices within their team.
Helps sales teams and managers understand and effectively use common and/or new processes and tools developed for the wider business to improve internal and external communications and engagements.
Supporting Executive Capacity
Presents business results, blockers, etc to drive better results.
Collaboration
Identifies opportunities to train, sell, and support customers by leveraging the team’s skills. Inputs new leads by documenting interactions with customers. Engages customers, identifies their needs, and uses that information to create leads across all customer segments (e.g., Consumer, SMB, web stores, training) and our Microsoft store services to drive more comprehensive customer solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent AND 3+ years sales or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree AND 4+ years sales or equivalent experience.
OR High school diploma or equivalent AND 6+ year(s) experience in sales or equivalent experience.
