Building on the GPS mission, the Go-To-Market team mission is to develop the strategy and marketing approach for how we build, nurture, and engage the partner ecosystem to drive tech acceleration and customer outcomes.
As a Microsoft Partner Channel Marketing Manager (PCMM) for the Scale- Managed Partners, you will be communicating with our partner ecosystem through a variety of communication channels, including newsletters, social, and blogs. You will be a primary channel for our Scale-Managed Partners to be kept informed of programs, updates, incentives, and other key messages.
This role is responsible for communicating and engaging our various partner communities and maintaining a library of partner success stories and recent wins. You will enable partners to execute against our key sales plays and initiatives more effectively through timely and targeted communications. As the PCMM leading Scale-Managed Partner communications you will work across Microsoft to create and amplify strategic messaging for our scale managed partners. This role will also focus on a deeper engagement with the global scale-managed partner leader to jointly develop and execute a strategy to maximize revenue from our partners. Additionally, this US-based role will also interface with additional communication leaders in the Go-To-Market team to develop and execute a cohesive, end-to-end communication strategy for all partners in any stage of their journey or maturity.
Responsibilities
Work with GPS US teams to deliver timely, targeted, and impactful communications for our Scale Managed Partners in US.
Identify the appropriate communications engine for various types of partner communication.
Develop a library of relevant partner success stories and win wires for broad utilization across Microsoft.
Collaborate with others within MICROSOFT to identify partner success stories for a comprehensive library that is easily accessible and maintained.
Develop and refine a partner journey for our partner ecosystem:
Create an end-to-end resource guide to help partners maximize the benefits of being part of the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program (formerly Microsoft Partner Network)
Define, strategize, and lead relationships with Partner-led communities
Build and leverage relationships with Partner-led communities to create large scale impact with partners
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in partner marketing, program management, and communications. Project Management experience is a plus.
Other Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.
Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable working understanding of function and capability.

Bachelor’s degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations); MBA preferred
