Responsibilities
Core responsibilities and opportunities include:
Drive enhancements to Spend Risk Management Monitoring (SRMM) compliance processes including improving spend violation trend analytics, implementing proactive controls, developing repeatable remediation plans, delivering policy training, communication and acting as compliance subject matter expert for CSF/MAVS
Ensure strong internal control environment across CSF organization by owning, evaluating and enhancing SOX processes and controls
Partner with the CSF and MS Digital financial analysts to drive coordinated close, forecast and planning processes across HR Benefits, Infrastructure and IT cost pools
Deliver connected insights thru analytics in areas such as relocation expenses, stock comp and Azure consumption
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting or compliance roles
Ability to collaborate and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organization, and creating effective partnerships
Ability to achieve results through both individual and cross team efforts, to manage multiple projects at the same time, and to work effectively under deadline constraints
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for compliance and process and control improvements
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related degrees
Public accounting experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft financial tools is a plus
