Manage a team of technical PMs within our organization to drive the development of an array of firmware deliverables.
Partner with program managers and developers to develop valuable solutions for business.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment.
Coordinate with our internal partner teams to bring up the next generation of cloud HW.
Responsible to bring systematic SW/FW development practice to the team.
Oversee the team who drive multiple SW workstreams, track the development progress, and communicate status to management.
Effectively collaborate, build relationships, and influence cross-functional team members to achieve product perfection
BS and/or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or similar.
7+ years of experience with system software or firmware
Experience in technical program management in driving concurrent projects and initiatives of complex cross-group, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects.
Ability to lead and drive a team and large-scale programs.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, experience with agile project management methodology.
Proven ability to understand, synthesize, summarize, & communicate solutions to complex technical problems.
Ability to present to Executive leaders and drive strategy initiatives.
Demonstrated track record of exceeded established goals on a consistent basis.
Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options, and drive issues to closure with a high bar on quality.
Project experience working across hardware and software such as OS, driver, firmware.
Data center hardware/software project experience from inception to go live.
Experience in management of cross-disciplinary projects with an understanding of product development stages
