Cloud Sourcing and Supply Chain (CSSC) organization within CSCP manages sourcing and supply of all IT hardware for the data centers which includes all servers, storage, and networking devices. Well-defined and executed sourcing and supply chain management ensures reliable on-time performance, optimized cost, prevents urgent and unplanned investments, and provides accurate and timely information across the supply base and internally across the infrastructure organization. Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide. We are looking for a passionate, high energy supply chain professional to help build create sustainable advantage through supply chain.
As our supply chain grows in complexity, the responsibilities of our suppliers, and subsequent sourcing organization continues to grow. This role will contribute to building expertise in, driving consistency, and leading initiatives across Sourcing teams in the areas of, but not limited to, Security, Sustainability, Risk Management, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Material Cost Reduction, and Digital Transformation. This role will report to the Director of Sourcing Program Management Office.

Required Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
3+ years in project management roles or in similar roles
Preferred Qualification
PMP certified
MBA Degree
Strong project management/process improvement skills, effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve issues; creates actionable strategies and operational plans.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership with strong relationship management ability.
Ability to lead analysis studies in multiple areas and lead project definition and recommendations.
Ability to be comfortable and credible in assessing impact of change, communication, and training need.
Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant change initiatives from project start to finish.
