The Global Partner Solutions team mission is to: build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more. GPS is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Breadth Partner Development Program Manager is responsible for our European Cloud Provider Program motion across our breadth SPLA cloud provider ecosystem. The PDM builds a shared vision with the European community and enables them to grow their cloud business leveraging a range of solutions and programs. Breadth PDM will also be responsible for designing and managing the programs to drive revenue growth of partners.

Key Responsibilities

Evangelize Microsoft’s vision and strategy for growing breadth SPLA cloud provider businesses

Build Go-To-Market plans with SPLA resellers in Europe to create demand for our programs and solutions that grow partners cloud business

Enable SPLA resellers to execute on GTM plans

Act as point of escalation for SPLA cloud provider needs

Define best practices for European Cloud Provider Program and provide feedback on programs to Corp sales and marketing teams

Manage multiple incentive programs to drive growth of partners cloud business by working through our field and stakeholders across GPS Corp

Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience in the service provider ecosystem is preferred

10+ years of experience in core sales experience, partner channel development, sales, business development, alliance management in the technology industry.

Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency. Prefer experience related to private and public clouds.

Extensive experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies.

Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.

Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills.

Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.

Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations); MBA desired.

Fluent English

Travel 10%+

The base salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between USD 138,700 and 180,300.
