We are looking for a strong Sr. Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about helping our customers drive business results and transform the employee experience. We recently acquired Ally.io, a leading OKR company. OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results, a goal-setting framework originally pioneered by Andy Grove at Intel that helps organizations drive alignment and transparency. OKRs will become a new modules in Microsoft Viva, augmenting and extending employee experience platform value prop, and democratizing OKRs to benefit all levels of an organization.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive thought leadership as we bring Ally.io to market as part of the Viva suite later this year. This role represents a highly visible opportunity to define and expand the employee experience category – integrating business goal setting broadly into the fabric of employee experience.
At the forefront of category creation and storytelling, you will build high-impact narratives that will educate and energize influencers, press, and analysts. You’ll partner with the Viva PMMs, PM, AR, and PR to tell visionary stories, bring leverage compelling voices, to develop influential advocates. You will listen to feedback and monitor trends to strengthen narrative and our fan base. Additional responsibilities may be added depending on business needs and individual growth and development.
