About CCC (CONSUMER COMMUNICATION AND COMMUNITIES) / TFL (TEAMS FOR LIFE) Each team member has a direct impact on millions of users using our product to connect to their family and friends or to colleges and working groups – to make video and voice calls, send instant messages, and share files and media. We are focused on the most important things for our users and are organized in such a way that each team member can build an expertise in one area but will still be able to work on features in different areas based on product priorities. We have ambitious goals to add a lot of value to individuals that use Teams in a personal setting and have had some major launches recently, such as the signature experience in Windows 11.
Responsibilities
Currently we are looking to expand our teams in Bellevue and Prague and are hiring Software Development Engineers across all levels to work on Microsoft Teams for Consumers for Windows 11 – a fun app that connects with anyone right from the taskbar (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/features#chat).
We are also looking to build a great experience for other desktop platforms (such as Mac) for reach. We are looking for engineers with experience building web apps and who have a passion for building fast, fluent, and polished experiences that delight consumers. We are looking for folks who love building high-quality software and who embrace agile experimentation and data-driven development processes.
