Cloud Capacity Planning (CCP) is the central planning function within CSCP focusing on forecasting, capacity planning, and HW planning for all Microsoft Cloud services, and associated hardware thereby directly impacting success of Microsoft cloud business. The function closely partners with Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Centers, NPI and Deployment organizations to plan capacity. SO&E within CCP is chartered with delivering high-fidelity and executable planning signals for the 3-month horizon, hyper-focused on driving Compute cloud products and services to customers when they need it. We are looking for a passionate, high energy supply chain professional to take ownership of the planning signals for key global regions and help us build processes suitable for a hyper-scaling business.
Responsibilities
The Program Manager will be responsible for driving key planning and execution initiatives for CCP & CSCP.
The primary focus will be:
1) Short-term execution planning for Compute capacity in key global regions
2) Driving process improvements and operational excellence to drive scale
