We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with a strong track record of delivery excellence. This individual will be part of Consumer Finance Insights & Analytics PM team, primarily responsible for Modern Life Finance. Our platform and programs gravitate around data engineering, analytics, data science, user experiences, and reporting- experience managing and delivering on these areas is a strong plus.
In this role, you will:
Own business-partnering engagement, subject matter expertise, and long-term technical roadmaps for our FD&E solutions. This includes project/sprint management, communications, requirement gathering, support orchestration, executive status updates, business partner relationship management. Help our users maximize the value of our data solutions via evangelization, change management, and user-education efforts like readiness materials, training sessions, and hand-on support
Translate finance and business opportunities into a clear and consumable action plan by bridging business needs with technical specifications and capability requirements
Architect and design right-sized solutions to meet the agility and scale needs of our business partners that accrue to FD&E end-state vision. This requires gaining a deep understanding of users’ business scenarios, FD&E priorities, and our FD&E BI tech stack. Partner with engineering, data science, and corporate system organizations leads to jointly define execution strategies across the different programs’ priorities
Run efficient and effective agile processes to ensure a continuous pipeline of clear and actionable requirements for development teams. This includes leading discussions on requirements gathering, technical specifications, and prioritization to create clear roadmaps for engineering development and delivery that are clearly articulated and documented in Azure DevOps
Drive continuous process improvements and ensure we deliver best in class tools and capabilities for our customers
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability in building strong business partnerships and influence decision making
Excellent communication skills
Experience driving business and engineering process improvement
Experience managing project backlogs and prioritization via Azure DevOps or similar tool
Experience with developing BI solutions leveraging SQL, Power BI modeling, including working knowledge of DAX
Comfortable working through ambiguity
