Responsibilities
We are looking for a PM Manager with a strong track record of delivery excellence while managing a portfolio of dozens of simultaneous deliverables. This individual will lead our Central Finance Insights & Analytics PM team. Our platform and programs gravitate around data engineering, analytics, data science, user experiences, and reporting – experience managing and delivering on these areas is a strong plus.

In this role, you will:
Lead a team of PM Managers to identify opportunities across our customer and solution landscape through deep understanding of our stakeholders’ priorities and our platform ecosystem.
Manage projects across PM, engineering, and business partners to define an actionable roadmap with clear milestones, ROI (Objectives & Key Results), and KPIs that allow us to track and communicate progress with consistency and clarity across our portfolio.
Implement and monitor agile processes to manage and prioritize scope, timelines, and budget. You will represent your team in leadership forums where we collectively manage delivery, manage risk, and inspect for compliance and consistency in process & design architecture standards.
Execute on stakeholder rhythms and communication frameworks that provide clarity and accountability across our programs to a wide audience of leaders, end users, and stakeholders.
Attract and retain top industry talent for the organization. Evolve the team in concert with business needs and impact opportunities.
Qualifications
Essential qualifications
BS/BA, MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics OR equivalent work experience.
7+ years of Program Management Experience
2+ years of experience managing Program Management talent and developing teams
3+ years hands on experience with technical solution documentation, demos, and testing
