We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead efforts to refine and improve the interactive experiences on the docs.microsoft.com site. You will work with content teams to enable product interactivity in their content, monitor and report on fraud and abuse across our interactivity options, prototype, and test new Azure scenarios in Microsoft Learn, and work with Product Managers to identify and prioritize new features and experiences for docs.microsoft.com. Docs is core to enabling every Microsoft product and service success and this role is at the center of defining the interactive Docs experience.
Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product managers, data scientists, content writers, and other Microsoft teams
Devise creative ways to enable interactive experiences in Docs for Azure and other Microsoft products and services
Work with partners and analysts to monitor fraud trends and help identify and block abuse of the platform
Help define, implement, and drive key results defined by the C&L organization to improve our documentation and education products
Exchange ideas, data, and feedback across the organization to promote the value of cross-organizational partnership
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working with a broad set of Azure services as an Admin, Developer, or Site Reliability Engineer.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
Experience with a data-driven mindset and ability to experiment, learn, and improve.
Experience working remote in a collaborative, team setting.
Reporting and trend analysis experience a plus.
