Responsibilities
Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders: researchers, program managers, and engineers, to understand requirements.
Create and evaluate design solutions based on user research, user goals, and business requirements
Solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways combining multiple aspects of the design workflow to create delightful experiences
Deliver a variety of design outputs, from high level concepts to detailed designs to clickable prototypes, to ensure product excellence.
Present your work and communicate design decisions in clear and compelling ways at various stages of the design process.
Be self-directed and able to self-manage.
Qualifications
A portfolio demonstrating well thought through and polished end-to-end customer journeys
2+ years of industry experience in interactive design and/or visual design
User-centric approach to design and an understanding of how to apply research insights into design and development of the product experience.
Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to energize teams and advocate for your ideas
Ability to create highly polished design prototypes, mockups, and other communication artifacts
The ability to prioritize tasks and goals independently
Developing and working with design systems – creating, documenting and applying established design principles and interaction patterns
Experience impacting shipping products with your work is a plus
A Bachelor’s degree in Design (or related field) or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in current industry standard design tools, such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch
