Overview The Administrative Executive Support plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior management, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
Support the onboarding of new staff by coordinating orientation and training programs.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as required.
Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and Google Suite.
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with budget management and accounting principles is a plus.
