We are one of the fastest-growing companies in the dental industry, and to continue driving that success, Net32 is looking for a Contract Digital Designer to join our growing Digital team. This position requires a “can do” attitude. We’re seeking someone who loves to dive into projects and determine how to leverage quality design practices to solve real business challenges. Joining our fast-paced in-house digital team, the Contract Digital Designer will report directly to the Director of E-commerce. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams and Net32 leadership to create valuable messaging strategies for multiple audiences, create strong brand touchpoints, maintain and govern visual identity systems, and deliver original creative work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain Net32’s visual identity system for web and digital applications.
- Create world-class digital assets that support and reinforce the Net32 vision, brand, and business objectives across all digital touchpoints, including, but not limited to, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Take an active role in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
- Present design work to marketing, ecommerce, and product teams for review and feedback, backing up creative decisions with sound reasoning.
- Work in partnership with the marketing team to test creative assets, iterating and optimizing revisions based on performance and customer feedback while maintaining design best practices.
- Stay on the cutting edge of current design trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and experiment with new methods and concepts to address internal and external customer needs.
- Build our brand visuals and assets and work on other related design projects as needed to support the team, including event and presentation design.
- Maintain and archive visual projects in a digital asset manager (DAM), employing meticulous naming conventions and following existing organizational file structure.
- Perform such other duties as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of brand and visual design systems. Must be able to iterate designs via feedback from internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with the design system and guidelines.
- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong design skills and branding experience across multiple ecommerce touchpoints.
- Experience creating designs for all digital mediums, including social media, email marketing, and digital and print advertising. Experience with video, motion graphics, and building presentations is a plus.
- Expert skill level in standard creative development and business operations tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and Figma. Final Cut Pro experience is a plus.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced growing environment.
- Must be based in the US with full work authorization.
