Look for opportunities to reproduce field issues in the lab
Verification of carrier features in the field and lab (i.e. E911, VoLTE, VoWiFi, Location)
Drive field issues reported by internal and external power users
Opportunistically help the carrier Lab and Field test leads
Identify gaps between carrier compliance and test list
Help generate test reports which are meaningful to the external teams
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
7+ years of experience in wireless industry
Familiarity with test equipment ecosystem
Expertise in carrier requirements and test plans
Understanding of cellular technologies including LTE, 5G
Experience with modem tools (i.e. QXDM, QPST, QCAT)
Knowledge of call flows for cellular standards (i.e. LTE, VoLTE, 5G)
Program/project management experience
Familiarity with Verizon requirements, AT&T 13340 and TMO MTR/TRDs
Solid background in Verizon TECC, AT&T 10776 and TMO lab and data performance tests
