Health Tech Strategy & Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Cultivate and execute strategic health partnerships that create value in the short and long-term, working in concert with product, partnerships, and deal teams
Effectively communicate vision of strategic partnerships to external and internal audiences to earn resourcing
Manage all responsibilities of signed agreements and build strong relationships within the partners’ C-level leadership
Communicate partner feedback, challenges, roadblocks, insights effectively to appropriate internal audiences and stakeholders to deliver value and chart product roadmaps
Lead efforts to execute programs and partner products across cross-functional partners (e.g., engineering, clinical research, product, data science, user research, legal, policy, communications)
Present clear vision documents, earning alignment on future health programs at the VP-level
Evaluate new product opportunities and partners that accelerate impact in health outcomes
Ensure partner roadmaps are effectively prioritized, resourced and successfully executed to meet long-term objectives as well as near-term deliverables
Develop a strong understanding of product portfolio, development cycles, and current roadmaps
Cultivate a network of relationships that inform partner and product strategy
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of demonstrated success building strategies that generate value in a partner-heavy business model
Experience launching and managing consumer and/or partner digital products
Experience leading executive presentations to new and existing partners
Relationships with US health payers, providers that enable distribution of new products and experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building and launching new software products
Experience as a recognized expert in health technology
Experience closing highly complex commercial agreements with payers and providers
