Plan, organize and manage all QA programs, processes and activities
Define quality procedures in conjunction with development team
Ensure that processes and procedures are in place for all activities and that procedures are followed
Participate in analyzing root causes of problems found and assist in developing countermeasures to remove the causes
Lead onsite and offsite staff in executing tests and checks
Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of QA methods and procedures used and undertake improvement projects to improve QA effectiveness and efficiency
Communicate to partners and stakeholders on quality performance trends, current status and action plans
5+ years QA Management experience working on Console/PC or VR games
2+ years experience leading a team of 4+ in the day-to-day (1 complete development cycle as QA Manager/Lead)
Experience working with outsource partners and managing offshore vendor teams
Knowledge of QA methodologies that cover regression testing, ad hoc testing, functional testing, user interface testing, and integration testing
Experience working with Project Directors and supply key facts and metrics
Experienced working independently and proactively
Reporting skills i.e. Future Planning, QA Velocity, QA Progress
Proven communication skills
Working experience of test management tools, dashboards and reporting e.g. JIRA, TestRail, or similar
