Creation and Execution of OTA verification plan for Meta products
Developing test procedures for OTA system validation test
Foreseeing and maintaining related equipment for testing of various radios
Reviewing and analyzing internal and third party data and establishing correlation
Working closely with multiple development teams to debug and analyze the root cause of the issue and provide mitigation plans/suggestions
Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years related experience
Experience testing with the OTA test environment including MVG, ETS, R&S etc, and experienced with R&S CMW500 and/or Keysight UXM. Working knowledge of 5G NR FR1 and FR2, LTE, GSM, UMTS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi technologies up to and including Wi-Fi 6/6e in relation to OTA validation
Knowledge of OTA requirements in regards of Carrier/industry conformance like 3GPP, PTCRB, CTIA, etc.
Experience with antenna and wave propagation, anechoic chambers, and radiation performance evaluation like TRP & TIS
Collaborative and cross-functional team communication skills
Basic experience and knowledge of PTCRB, 3Gpp conformance testing
End-to-End (E2E) Radio industrial compliance management of consumer electronics experience
Hands-on experience of OTA testing on 5G NR, Wi-Fi 6E and 60 GHz Wi-Fi
Experience and knowledge GNSS and A-GNSS
Experience with Antenna/EM simulation tools
