Primary Responsibilities
Managing third party vendors by creating POs, keeping them on budget, and ensuring a high level of quality related to programming of questionnaires, data processing, report creation, translations, open-end coding
Reviewing draft questionnaires and accuracy of online survey programming for content, skip logic, spelling, and translation and language overlay
Ensuring data quality throughout data collection and reviewing plan for data tables to ensure proper analysis groups are accounted for and correct
Scheduling qualitative interviews (including English quant pretests) with internal teams and client stakeholders, actively listening to qualitative interviews, and taking notes
Involvement in report development and responsible for quality of data and esthetic, may analyze data draft findings to meet client’s needs
Participating in adverse events training, creating adverse events plans for clients, submitting required documentation as needed
Documenting all necessary information requirements set forth by ISO guidelines and participation in ISO audits

Responsibilities
Entry-level position for those who are new to consulting and are developing their expertise. Receives detailed instruction on routine work and is responsible for performing basic experiments and test on research topic and documenting results. As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to evaluate and analyze data, develop reports and presentations in external customer engagements. Uses available tools to analyze and solve problems for clients. May perform other duties as assigned.

Hiring Range: from $24.57 – $48.08 per hour; from $51,100 – $100,000 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
