We are specifically looking for an experienced Asset Management Business Analyst to join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Group. You will be responsible for development and implementation of an asset management and logistics program supporting the Cloud Infrastructure product offering through the entire asset lifecycle.

This role is responsible for the asset management programs tracking financial, contractual and inventory details of hardware devices as well as to guide Operations on asset management and logistics practices throughout the hardware lifecycle. Aligns teams to meet all corporate, financial and regulatory compliance requirements related to asset management. Informs asset management standards, policies, and processes for all service teams while adhering to change management practices and global communication. This role performs asset management practices according to an integrated workflow for risk management that is reported to executive management. Provides leadership team a dashboard identifying health of the organization’s asset management pertaining to asset lifecycle handling, from planning to retirement. Partners with development groups to supply and enhance asset management tools and monitoring within the OCI data halls. Requires up to 25% global travel. Will foster and nurture trusted relationships with strategic corporate stakeholders, and internal teams to gain consensus approvals on, recommendations, findings, and project plans.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Develop, maintain, and manage operating procedures for the asset management program
  • Develop and maintain strong logistics and supply chain partner relationships
  • Manage and develop workflows to monitor health of DCS’ asset management practices
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop project plans to resolve gaps and findings
  • Own and drive relationships with key business stakeholder(s) to understand their internal processes
  • Drive process improvement and implementation projects through coordination with service teams.
