The ideal candidate for this role will have proven project management skills and knowledge of Oracle’s internal policies, processes and business practices. This position will be part of the Deal Management Process Enablement Team and be responsible for supporting the standardization, simplification, and automation of Oracle complex quoting to help modernize the process and mitigate risk to Oracle. Two primary areas of focus and responsibility will include:
In support of these areas, the Business Analyst will use data to identify areas for improvement and priority. The individual will also write and communicate clear, concise documentation of all Deal Management processes related to complex quoting. In addition, this individual will work closely with the Oracle Health Deal Management Leadership and Operations teams, supporting gaps in processes or tool sets.
The ideal candidate has experience in quoting or contracting at Oracle, should be able to distill complex ideas into straight forward, concise process documentation or business requirements. They will interact and lead stakeholder engagements, maintain a growth mindset, and excel in a multifaceted environment with shifting priorities.

US: Hiring Range: from $28.85 – $60.63 per hour; from $60,000 – $126,100 per year. May be eligible for equity.
