Oracle
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems with 0 – 2 year experience.

As a Patient Accounting Delivery Consultant I, you will consult with MU Health revenue cycle teams during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. Consult with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. You will also complete client-specific design, configuration, and troubleshooting within appropriate tools as well as complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow-up actions. Develop and execute test plan and test script execution and note changes in end-user functionality. Review new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests, and notify clients. In this role, you will identify and escalate issues to solution and engagement leadership and leverage internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
- A least 1 year of systems management or implementation work experience
- At least 1 year of patient accounting experience

- Must live in or around the Columbia, MO area
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
