Oracle Hiring for Director, Client Technology Services at Valhalla, NY Full Time

As a Director & Technology Leader, you will be responsible for managing the technical groups within ITWorks client sites, while ensuring all business standards and service levels are met. You will play a key leadership role in the organization, driving vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of applications across clients that incorporate the site’s mission and vision. You will be responsible for the completion of annual financial planning, technology and security infrastructure assessments for the client as well as develop and enhance relationships with key client executives. As a leader of this team, you will contribute to and support the development of process improvements and evolution of the overall Oracle Health technology vision and strategy while managing the delivery of services and technology to clients to ensure that the client and business standards are achieved. Additionally, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of the overall solution roadmap and provide oversight of the implementation of operating procedures and direct the study, design and implementation of new systems and equipment. You are also responsible for ensuring infrastructure architecture meets standards, maximizes efficiency, supports platform compatibility, as well as identify and ensure mitigation of cross-functional impacts and areas of potential risk management. Finally, you will direct ownership and accountability in delivering organization objectives that cascade from corporate and client imperatives.

Responsibilities

Your people management responsibilities will include seeking to understand disagreements, ensuring all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution. You will delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress, overcome roadblocks and identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed. You are responsible for leading by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team creating a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize their accomplishments. In addition, you will provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability, and connect opportunities for your associates’ development as well as identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Finally, you will promote and build a diverse cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates’ skills to fill gaps.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in CIS, MIS, Health care or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
• At least 10 years experience in Information Technology industry
• At least 10 years experience managing multiple technology upgrades, replacements and implementations
• At least 5 years experience of hospital based information technology
• At least 5 years experience of leadership and people management
• Must reside near or be willing to relocate to Valhalla, NY

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Server, Storage, Networking, Telephony/UC, Desktop, Information Security
• Experience with disaster relief recovery plans
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Hiring Range: from $120,100 – $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
