Detailed Description

  • Create and manage integrated marketing plans across North America, Europe, MEA, and JAPAC that increase visibility and drive growth for strategic initiatives and product launches.
  • Direct the team to deliver face to face and digital events, nurture programs, and paid media.
  • Partner with the pre-sales and sales leaders to support prioritized sales campaigns.
  • Lead development of a performance driven marketing the culture within the organization
  • Define, evolve, and coach the team on new tools, martech, and marketing best practices.
  • Pioneer new approaches to marketing attribution and marketing funnel metrics and MQL
  • Manage marketing resources, budget, and optimize the regional marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Director will work closely with the Oracle Financial Services Global Marketing to understand the overarching global strategy for marketing our banking and insurance solutions to line of business professionals to grow market share with a particular focus on growth of the SaaS portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with product marketing to develop their global marketing plans. These plans include paid, owned, and earned marketing programs focused on driving product launches and demand tactics.
  • Tactics mix includes digital marketing, third-party events, Oracle-led events, webcasts, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives and to coordinate centralized functions, such as content development, social media, website presence, and performance results and reporting to support the marketing programs and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in multiple countries across the region to develop impactful, results-driven integrated marketing programs that generate qualified leads to build pipeline and create meaningful awareness and credibility for Oracle Financial Services
  • Owns the marketing results reporting and insight function across MQL, web, social, and event tactics and programs.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is passionate about B2B technology, has experience marketing SaaS solutions, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a minimum of 10 years’ experience building marketing/demand generation programs and managing events that successfully drive sales pipeline.

  • Minimum 10+ years of B2B marketing experience including 4 years marketing SaaS. Proficiency in all marketing communication disciplines, with emphasis on event and digital marketing to build demand and create awareness within a diverse marketplace and on a global basis.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with virtual teams. Proven ability to work closely and collaboratively with Executives, Field Sales, Inside Sales, Product Marketing, Strategy, and other key internal stakeholders to develop integrated marketing programs for focus countries that are measurable in terms of shared KPIs for lead generation, opportunity conversion for successful pipeline build.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Leadership: able to motivate team members, regional colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to execute the marketing plan for optimal achievement.
  • Project management: should be a proactive self-starter, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to present complex ideas and influence leadership.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative.
  • Prior field marketing experience in banking or financial markets
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Language skills: excellent command of the English language is required.
  • University/College degree in business/marketing/communications is required.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of all field marketing activities within own business area to ensure achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control. Be an active member of the global Marketing team to ensure consistency of strategic marketing programs. Disseminate key corporate information to the line-of-business and geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Act as a liaison with management to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the line-of-business and/or geography. Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography and/or line-of-business implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a line-of-business and/or geographical basis. Manage line-of-business/geographical social media strategy. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Manage the activities of the staff according to overall marketing strategies and budgets. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.

Compensation:

California Pay Range: from $135,100 to $285,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Colorado Pay Range: from $127,600 to $256,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

New York City Pay Range: from $127,600 to $271,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Washington Pay Range: from $142,600 to $271,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
