Role: Core Oracle DBA
Location: On Site at Maxwell-Gunter (Montgomery, AL)
Active Secret DoD clearance OR ability to obtain one required
CompTIA Security + desired (You will be required to obtain it if you do not have it)
As a member of Advanced Customer Services, your focus is to deliver onsite support and solutions to the Oracle customer. You will be joining other Oracle engineers as part of the team at Maxwell-Gunter AFB. Responsibilities included assisting with configuration and troubleshooting of Oracle products as well as mentoring the customer in industry best practices. As an Advanced Support Engineer, you are expected to be an expert member of the problem-solving/avoidance team and be highly skilled in solving critical customer issues. Performing the assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis, you will be expected to work with very limited guidance from management.
