The Principal Program Manager – Demand Planning collaborates with the Sales and/or Service teams to collect accurate and timely demand signals for assigned Service segments. Drawing on extensive experience, this professional excels at crafting and driving forecast and demand planning strategies that align with the OCI’s goals and market dynamics. Using their expertise, the Demand Planner improves forecasting models, analyzes historical data, and incorporates market insights to produce accurate and valuable demand projections. They are also responsible for fostering effective communication and collaboration with Services teams, ensuring a coordinated approach to demand forecasting. This role demands a proactive and strategic demeanor, with the Demand Planner actively seeking opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency within the demand planning function. With a strong attention to detail and a shown understanding of the public cloud market, this individual helps drive the company’s success by ensuring a well-coordinated and informed response to market demands.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 – $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
