Manage the overall client relationship, including managing escalations and tracking issues requiring executive attention to resolution, and advocate for the client Build and maintain relationships across the client organization Participate in all engagements with the client, including implementation delivery, to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging, and delivery to the client as committed Continuously grow the overall reference-ability of the client Plan and participate in strategic road mapping sessions Identify sales opportunities which align to the client’s strategic plan to meet quarterly sales quotas Follow best practices for managing client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes, and contractual interactions
Own client partnership as a trusted advisor accountable for the creation of a shared governance structure with a shared vision of success, optimization of the current and future roadmap, and an overall focus on identifying outcomes and achieving value.
