An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

As our Integrated Technologies Consultant you will cultivate client relationships to achieve business objects by consulting with clients on technical architecture decisions, deployment of hardware, software and services. Management of third party applications and medical device integration across domains, coupled with completing hardware and software installations for clients are also key aspects of the role. Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose enhancements to workflow efficiencies, and device or software integration and client relationship strategies In addition you will also perform complex technical troubleshooting and issue resolution, escalating where necessary.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
  • At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Electrical Engineering, Health Care, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
