As a Support Technician 3, you will provide day-to-day technical support for end user hardware, software, and project-based support onsite. You will be responsible for providing routine and advanced technical support and maintenance for desktop, laptop, telecom, and network systems including but not limited to… hardware, software, operating systems, and connectivity.
As a valued member of the End User Desktop team, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting-resolving hardware/software issues which includes documenting the work along the way as well as root cause resolution. Additionally, you will be tasked to install, configure, and update end-user desktop and laptop software providing additional support and project related work. You will be responsible for prioritizing and escalating issues per Oracle Cerner guidelines when appropriate. You will utilize the internal KnowledgeBase platform to share knowledge, identify and resolve problems. You will contribute to all phases of desktop support, including the coordination, monitoring, tracking, and resolution as it relates to installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems.
