Ability to maintain a US government Top Secret SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance is required.

Oracle National Security Regions (ONSRs) are operated from Cloud Network Operations Centers (CNOCs). As a manager of the infrastructure division, you will apply your knowledge of systems engineering and software to manage development and operations tasks associated with maintaining these systems and networks.

You will lead a specialized area that may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and operational peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically, systems engineering or software engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will lead and mentor an Oracle National Security Region (ONSR) Infrastructure team.
  • You will hire and grow the team to meet the ever-growing needs of OCI and ONSR.
  • You will provide a vision and direction to the ONSR CNOC Infrastructure team and prioritize high-impact projects.
  • You will own and drive critical operations for ONSR, including CNOC systems, networking, security, compliance, and software deployments across all cleared regions.
  • You will manage a diverse team resource mix of Full-Time Employees (FTE) and contractors.
  • You will assist in the development of annual planning elements such as budget, head count, and roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading Software, Sysadmin, or SRE teams and operating a 24×7 service.
  • Experience developing roadmaps and prioritizing and executing projects.
  • Knowledge of systems, in particular Linux and networking.
  • Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs complex systems for applications, tools, networks, etc.
  • Experience operating infrastructure or platform as a service and managing security and compliance activities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • MS in IT Management or related disciple
  • Technical Program Management experience
  • Familiarity with classified space compliance requirements such as ICD 705, ICD 503, and NIST 800-53.
  • Knowledge of Linux and/or networking.
