Under the supervision of an RN or LVN, the CNA/Care Partner will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.

Required qualifications:

• Coursework/Training – Attend 4 hours of Care Partner training offered by St. Joseph Health System – Greater Sonoma County.
• Healthcare experience in training program or in work setting.
• Upon hire California Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association

Preferred qualification:

• Intensive Care Nursery (ICN): Level II or III ICN experience
