RN – Resource Team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR. $6,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Resource Team Nurses do not act as a traditional float pool. The Resource Nurse within our hospital is working to support patients, families and caregivers by responding to a variety of situations using their diverse skillset and expertise. You may work in a variety of our units based on the needs of the hospital that day.

Required qualifications:

• Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire -or- equivalent educ/experience.
• One (1) year of Acute care experience working with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at that facility.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

• 6+ months’ RN experience working in a Critical Care and/or Emergency unit
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing upon hire
• National Certification in area of specialty
