RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and manage project teams (in-house employees, subcontractors, and vendors)
Create site plan, mobilize and demobilize jobsites accordingly
Schedule and receive material deliveries, track inventory and order equipment and tools as needed
Review the work progress on a daily basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job
status and ensure project documentation is current and present in the assigned locations
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones and identify, mitigate, and manage risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Keep all parties onsite and offsite well informed throughout the project, on track, maintaining timelines and aware of deadlines
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting of all incidents
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years working experience in construction management including record of strong leadership, organization, and communication
Ability to travel for up to 3-6 months at a time
OSHA 30 certification, current First Aid and CPR Certification, or be willing to be certified
Knowledge of safety standards set by NEC and NFPA70E
Physical demands and work environment
The employee may require the ability to do the following:
Lift 50 lbs. from the ground and pull 50 lbs. of force.
Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling, and conduit pulling.
Fully squat, stoop or kneel while wearing a 25 lbs. tool belt.
Maintain a standing position for long periods while performing repetitive actions such as grasping or manipulating wires.
Work off ladders, man lifts or reach booms
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to:
