Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Project Manager to join our Global Vehicle Accessories & Merchandise team. This candidate will be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional projects related to our ecommerce site – Tesla Shop. This role will constantly enhance the overall e-commerce experience by implementing and enhancing strategies that bring our existing products to life and by leading the launches of our new global products. This Project Manager will lead and execute a wide range of cross-functional projects and is a self-starter who has demonstrated resourcefulness implementing a variety of programs or projects. They will have the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, the ability to juggle many product launches and business priorities at once and have an overall passion to build world-changing innovations.

What You’ll Do
As the Digital Project Manager, Vehicle Accessories & Merchandise, you will be leading and owning assigned projects related to Tesla Shop on app and web, taking actions and providing direction to ensure successful and timely project completion
Partner with Digital Product Management to conceptualize and test new site features that improve the site experience and performance
Manage the day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for category e-commerce merchandising-related initiatives
Lead, interact and manage with cross functional partners (i.e. Product, Material Planning, Engineering, Finance) on vehicle accessory and merchandise product launches
Further partner with global partners to ensure the success of product launches unique to each market
Plan and execute process improvements to ensure successful launches of new products and features
Drive measurable improvements to site navigation, product detail pages, order flow experience, site refreshes and overall website design as we continue to expand in new markets
Ensure the product is set up accurately for price, copy, photography, VIN validation and other backend features in global locales
Participate in the product roadmap planning process to ensure we maximize our brand and revenue
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in e-commerce and/or product
Familiarity with CMS tools (Elastic Path, Shopify, BigCommerce, Squarespace etc.)
Basic SQL/Python skills recommended but not required
Motivated and self-starter mindset with extreme attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strategic thinker with proven experience of ability to recognize, influence and maximize engagement with stakeholders
Ability to work in a dynamic, growing company, demonstrate flexibility and possess the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions
