Tesla Looking For Lab Technician – Cathode Lab at Austin, TX

The Role

Tesla is looking to hire a Quality Control technician with experience in lab. This candidate will be a core member of Cathode Quality team that is focused on the testing and evaluation of Cathode materials to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Responsibilities

Analytical testing of Chemical, Physical, and Electrochemical Characterization of the material

Autonomous, self-starter/initiative

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience. Must be able to demonstrate meticulous organizational and data management skills.
• At least 2 years of hands-on and analytical (university or commercial) experience in disciplines related to: metallurgy, inorganic chemistry, organometallic chemistry, or materials science.
