The Role
Tesla Sourcers find the best talent to power a sustainable future. This role partners closely with recruiters to identify, attract, assess and hire exceptional people. The Sourcer will be focused on sourcing high volume, skiled trades and leadership roles at Gigafactory Nevada located in Sparks. What You’ll Do
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategies
Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool for high volume hiring needs in Northern Nevada and surround areas
Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including our ATS and third-party products e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed
Build sourcing strategy with targets and timelines for hiring events
Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs
Research and recommend creative and new sources for active and passive candidates
Develop strong working relationships and rapport with recruiters, business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners
Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
What You’ll Bring
2+ years sourcing experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
Minimum BS/BA or equivalent in business or related field is preferred
Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for hard to fill positions
Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends
Experience working with an Applicant Tracker System is preferred
Experience filling with light industrial positions in high volume
Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
Ability to stay organized while managing a high volume requisition load
Evidence of exceptional ability
Proficient using MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
