What to Expect

The primary objective of the Senior Project Manager – Tesla Approved Collision Center Network (TACC) will be to drive projects cross functionally to improve the relationship and experience of our TACC partners; with the ultimate goal of enabling them to increase their capacity, drive better customer experience, and even lower the cost of repairs. Driving projects such as improving billing and AR practices, parts delivery and accuracy, technical support, ease and speed to on-boarding, etc.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the TACC projects cross functionally to include, but not limited to the following teams:

o Programs Development

o Service Centers

o Tesla Insurance

o Vendor Supplier Management

o Repair Development

• Develop new projects that drive toward our goals
• Serve as a key point of communication to the TACC Network
• Maintain professional working relationship with stakeholders to resolve blockers.
• Ability to deliver results through collaboration across multi-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Passionate, self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Positive attitude and ability to be agile in a constant changing environment. Flexibility with last minute changes and working hours is necessary to interact with teams across different time zones.
• Highly Proficient with MS office – including Excel, Planner, Sway and PowerPoint.
