The Role: In this role, the Sr. Talent Partner will primarily support the Performance Management and Career Pathways functions at Tesla. They will support programmatic and training efforts related to performance management and career pathways as well as support the management of software tools related to Talent Management processes.
Responsibilities:
Actively manage stakeholder needs for Tesla Talent Management software tools
Collaborate with stakeholders and software development teams to build and improve Talent Management processes and tools
Troubleshoot Talent Management software issues and bugs with software development partners
Create standard and customizable reporting tools and dashboards
Help document, standardize, and develop systematic methodology for talent management processes
Ensure consistency of messaging, training, and standard processes for a global audience
Own the standardized ticketing process for Talent Management tool requests
Propose and project manage tool and process enhancements
Assist cross functional teams to develop internal customer centric solutions for talent and people development opportunities
Will be readily available during the performance review cycle to address needs of 24-7 workforce
Support additional Talent workstreams on special projects as needed
Requirements:
Four-year degree Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Administration/Management, Learning and Development or equivalent experience
3-5 years’ experience supporting HR or Talent Management programs
Strong project management and presentation skills
Stakeholder management at mid-Senior level
Experience building business requirements for software development
Solutions-focused problem solver, action-oriented, and self-driven
Impeccable attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to break down complex problems
Database/data driven experience
Strong Excel, SQL, Tableau skills
Experience working with or managing HR software systems
Systems management
Experience leading cross functional initiatives
Quick learner who can deal with uncertainty, complexity, and evolving responsibilities
Independent and able to navigate ambiguity with a positive outlook
