The Technical Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing operational administrative tasks for the Technical Training Department, acting as a point of communication for our customer teams, and supporting the daily operation of the Technical Training Department.
This role requires someone who is self-driven, has excellent interpersonal skills, and an attention to detail and data accuracy.
The role will report to the Technical Training Manager.
What You’ll Do
Managing and maintaining team training calendars, invites and reminders
Performing LMS admin tasks for the department including creating and maintaining sessions, courses, programs, and enrollments
Creating, training rosters and support tracking of training completions
Supporting with customer team questions and requests, both in person and over email
Supporting with Continuous Improvement projects for the training operation and customer experience
What You’ll Bring
Outstanding communication skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required
Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) preferred
3 years or more manufacturing experience preferred
3 years or more training and development experience preferred
