What you’ll do…
This role will report to the Director of Transportation Planning. You will work closely with the forecasting, capabilities, & operational planning portions of the team to understand the transportation workload that needs to be covered based off of updated Demand Signals and partner with Merchandising & Integrated Planning. You will partner to create Event Flow Plans outlining the capacity for each network and parts of the country, so that we can properly advise the business areas to increase/decrease capacity through various means. You will mobilize operational feedback and data analysis to formulate a Plan, which can then be communicated to operations and business partners. These Plans can involve various suppliers & products across all networks. You will partner cross-functionally as Plans are in-flight to assess risk and mobilize solutions as needed. This role is based in Bentonville, AR.
