Position Summary
In this newly created position, the Senior Director, Brand Design will lead strategic brand and design programs for the enterprise, the sub-brands, and services of Walmart. This role will also help position, brand, and develop design systems for owned and private label brands large and small across all categories (home, beauty, apparel, food, consumables, kids, electronics and more).
This leader will be responsible for collaborating with internal partners to bring business strategies to life, with a lens on creative excellence, diverse talent, craft, creativity, innovation, and collaboration. This leader will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and inspiring their team to reach their full potential.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Fashion, Graphic Design, or related field and 7 years’ experience in textile design, print design, graphic design, or related field OR 9 years’ experience in textile design, print design, graphic design, or related field. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 2 years’ experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or related graphic design software.
