Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
Manage hectic and complex calendars

Is a resource for Leadership within an organization in regards to admin alignments, allocations and support models available
Partners closely with key stakeholders on the overall admin organization health and development. Also provides guidance as it relates to planning and direction of the organization
Models and acts as a subject matter expert for Admin core behaviors and core skills and encourages others to do the same
4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
4+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience prioritizing multiple projects
