Program Manager, WhatsApp Responsibilities:
Partner closely with WhatsApp Leadership team to develop & oversee programs that help us make progress on top priorities
Develop & scale internal operations to help teams operate efficiently
Track & communicate progress in our priority areas to key stakeholders (WA Leadership, WA Team, X-Meta Teams)
Develop content for internal engagements and contribute to key X-Meta communications like Board Decks, Leadership reviews, etc.
Partner closely with WhatsApp Leadership on their executive communications to ensure consistency in narrative & cadence
Coordinate, track, and promote functional specific initiatives and opportunities happening across the org
Identify opportunities for teams to work more closely together by aligning goals, processes & plans
Manage communication within and between teams and their business leaders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work on time and with an attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in project management, strategy, management consulting, or operations
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously
Experience with building presentations in Keynote and/or PowerPoint and compiling briefing materials
Experience drafting communications (long- and short-form)
BA/BS Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
A curiosity surrounding the messaging industry and an experience applying this awareness to connect the dots with the work we do globally
Experience helping global organizations scale
Experience establishing programs and leading them end-to-end
Experience collaborating closely with teams outside of the U.S.
